I provide 1:1 and small group coaching with your staff that has a huge effect on their role within your business and will also further their self-development. Whether it is goal setting, relationship building, motivational work, developing confidence or, as is so necessary now, supporting your staff as they come out of the pandemic.

Prior to the sessions starting, your goals and outcomes are discussed with you and your staff. This ensures clarity and an understanding of what is to be worked on. In between sessions, interim work and support is given from me, and overall progress will be discussed at the end with both you and the client.

Elements of mentoring and advice giving can be given where appropriate and this will be discussed and agreed in the consultations.
